Corporate Sales Supervisor
(Jakarta, Surabaya)



Responsibilities:

* You will be in charge in:
  • Managing Account Executive (AE) and business partners (sales team) in order to achieve the target set by the company aggressively increasing the number of new subscribers and to maintain the existing customer
  • Doing the execution and implementation of strategies that have been directed by management based on priority
  • Monitoring the working conditions and sales team performance, including providing recommendations for strategy and improvement in the field

Requirements:

  • Holding a minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major
  • Having a minimum 3 (three) years working experience in related job with exposures in telecomunication or IT industry
  • Possess strong leadership, strong selling sense and selling skill, high integrity, and good interpersonal skill
  • Strong communication skill, proactive, adaptive, mature, self starter, team player and hard worker
  • Having wide network and relation especially in corporate
  • Familiar with pressure of high target environment
  • Having own vehicle and driving license (A or C)
  • Good knowledge of Jabodetabek area
  • Proficient in Bahasa and English
